The Château Siran*** is a boutique hotel on the edge of the Aude and at the heart of the Minervois region. Situated in the Carcassonne, Narbonne and Béziers triangle, the little village of Siran is at the heart of the Minervois vineyards, and surrounded by typical villages: Olonzac, Aigne, Minerve, Homps, Lezignan-Corbières, Caunes-Minervois…

A warm welcome awaits you in the 16th century establishment built on a town wall dating back to mediaeval times. The vaulted rooms of the ground floor, the remarkable Aigne sandstone staircase, the town walls and the remains of the staircase leading to the rampart walk all testify to this long-gone period.
