This former 19th century lemonade factory refurbished as a boutique guest house is run by hosts Stephen Desmazières and Jean-Marc Jarlot – oenology graduates who offer a range of themed week-ends around the discovery of the Minervois valley and its appellation wines.

The nearby city of Minerve, a powerful city In the Middle Ages which provided a haven for the heretical Cathars, is perched on a rocky promontory carved by two rivers, the Cesse and Brian. The combined efforts of water and nature have hewn a series of bridges, which take the form of remarkable tunnels piercing the limestone plateau.
