The Castellas Inn nestles in the heart of the village of Collias, in the gorges of the Gardon, between Nîmes and Avignon, near the “Alpilles”, the “Camargue” and the “Cévennes”, between the “Pont du Gard“ and Uzès.

A Mediterranean patio
Several, perfectly restored buildings are arranged around a luxurious patio transformed into an exotic garden by the talents of Aparis family, the hosts of the premises. A pool resembling a Roman bath is concealed below. Peaceful and luxurious, the 20 airconditioned rooms are perfectly charming: art deco, art nouveau, art contemporary, 1970s.

A taste of eternal paradise
In a relaxing nook you will be bewitched by the attention to detail and the authenticity of ancient stone and charmed by the subtle nuances of the Provençal light. Breakfast can be taken under the wisteria on the terrace, whilst in the evening, in the hushed atmosphere of the subdued lighting of the garden or in one of the various, vaulted rooms of the residence, you can savour Jérôme Nutile’s inventive food (two Michelin star), served with wines chosen by the sommelier, Jean-Luc Sauron. The conference rooms (air-conditioning, television, VCR, screen, overhead projector, video-projector camcorder, paper board, free Wi-Fi access) can accommodate between 5 and 30 people for a semi residential stay or for the day.
These stays can be accompanied by a wide range of sporting activities and, for gourmands, cooking lessons!
