In 2004, Sandrine et Jean-Philippe Bonneville succeeded in giving this hundred-yearold establishment a very contemporary yet harmonious décor. Simplicity, purity of forms, clean lines and natural materials characterize the hotel’s 3 suites and 35 bedrooms. Spacious and bright, all have an unrestricted view over the Tarn. Lounges, bar, billiard room and large and differentiated spaces contribute to the calm and serenity of this establishment.

The infrastructure and fully equipped meeting rooms have been specially designed for conferences, team motivation and company sales force seminars. Creating inventive food, the chef, Samuel Breux, harmonises the authenticity of region produce with forgotten flavours. According to the dishes ordered, he punctuates and arranges the plates with intoxicating colours and fragrances, all of which are served in the dining room or, in the summer, on the terrace.

On site, lazing around the heated pool, billiards, pétanque and nature discovery through numerous pedestrian hiking trails, in a small boat, canoe, or while rafting for the most adventurous, enliven the stay.
