Vinipolis - Wine Languedoc
This complex extends over two levels, each of 900 m², and was created by the Florensac wine cooperative. It articulates around a resolutely modern selling area, and a brasserie-type eating area known as the Bistrot d’Alex, serving a straightforward and wholesome Mediterranean cuisine, made from local produce.
Tasting and sales area
An interactive layout where visitors can move around freely, designed around «wine-themed» terminals. A concept both educational and fun (local white and international vintages, rosé vintages, red vintages and blended wines) which allows for a discovery of the characteristics, the winemaking process and a chance to taste the Ressac and Constellations ranges in professional conditions with a view onto a barrel maturing cellar.

Restaurant Area
Bistrot d’Alex: Staged by the chef Alexandre Fabre in a partnership with Jean Claude Fabre, both having worked to build the reputation of Léonce (a Michelin starred restaurant). Open cuisine based on seasonal and local produce, shellfish from the best producers of the Thau lagoon, the freshest fish from the Agde market, meat and poultry from the Aveyron and vegetables supplied by the market gardeners of the region. The wines, served by the glass or the bottle, are from the Florensac cooperative cellar with slightly higher prices than those in the wine sales area.
The bistrot is open:
Lunchtimes from Tuesday to Sunday & Saturday in the evening. On the 2nd Friday of each month in the evening with live music. Tel. 33 (0) 4 67 77 03 05
Reception, banqueting and seminar area
A heated and air-conditioned 280 sq. metre area that can be used throughout the year for various events. This room has a special cachet as a large glass wall separates it from a maturing cellar filled with barrels of wine. It is a multiple function area fitted out with the latest facilities for hosting weddings, seminars and conferences.
Outside the hall, a terrace for open-air catering in fine weather leading on to a garden of nearly one hectare planted with olive trees.
Events and entertainment
Accompanying the seasons, numerous events are organised, such as café-vigneron exchanges, cookery and wine-tasting courses, and virtual visits of the winery cellars on a wide-screen projection (under construction), including a panoramic film of the Florensac wine estates, of the Etang de Thau and of the Mediterranean, are offered.
