Near Pézenas, in the heart of the vineyards and olive groves of Languedoc stands the illustrious Château Abbaye of Cassan. At first a humble monastic retreat then a powerful 12th century priory before becoming a splendid princely residence, the charms of the past still shone forth from the mellow coolness of its centuries-old stones.

The majestic Romanesque church, the gallery of the 18th century cloister leading to five consecutive reception rooms, the interior courtyard shaded by planes and flowered with laurels and the large terrace with its 13th century facade leading out to the gardens offer exceptional areas for hosting events such as gala evenings, receptions, conferences, study days, product launches, cocktails etc.

To guarantee the success of these events, Château de Cassan offers advice and its network of partners: caterers, accommodation, entertainments, sound and light shows, wine tasting workshops, floral decoration etc.

Every month, cultural events are organised which are open to the public: Flower shows, classical music concerts, Heritage Days, Saint-Guiraud festival, Christmas Market etc.

Château de Cassan has vineyards producing topquality wines of the AOC Languedoc appellation and pays d’Oc that can be tasted at the chateau.
Cassan has also created its Bacchus brethren: gala dinners, wine tasting workshops, Saint Vincent festival etc.
