Hiking: The Cirque de Navacelles

The walking route leaflet will enable visitors to discover one of France’s most prestigious and most visited national heritage sites (les Grands Sites), le Cirque de Navacelles. This family orientated walk takes about 3.5 hours leaving from Navacelles in the direction of la Foux returning to Navacelles via the Vignes à Blandas trail.

For the more courageous, the visit to the site can be made leaving from either of the two viewpoints at la Baume Auriol or Blandas for a breathtaking walk lasting 4.5 hours.
Priced at 1 €, the walking leaflet, or “Randofiche®”, is edited by the French Hiking Federation and is available from the Lodévois Larzac tourist office (Le Caylar and Baume Auriol, open 7 days a week) or from the Pays Viganais tourist office.*
