The Fleury Museum, famous for its major exhibitions, is located in the elegant private mansion that once belonged to Cardinal Fleury, tutor to Louis XV.

The Fleury Museum in Lodève has two departments. On one side there are collections of geology, paleontology, prehistory and archaeology which represent the Lodève region from 540 million years ago to the Gallo-Roman period.

On the other are fine arts, with a collection of sculptures and works on paper by Lodève artist Paul Dardé, as well as works by Braque, Caillebotte, Camoin, Dufy, Gris, Soutine, Vlaminck, Léger, Poliakoff
