A magnificent playground to the south of the vast plateau of Margeride France.

Laubert - Plateau du Roy has lots of interesting places to explore with walks around the Charpal lake, which is renowned as the largest pike-fishing lake in France. The medieval fortified complex, rebuilt in the 18th century, was once owned by the King of Aragon, hence its name: the Palais du Roy or King’s Palace.
