Nasbinals is a traditional village built around a Romanesque church on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. The "Via Podiensis" crosses the Aubrac plateau and runs from Le Puy en Velay to Roncevaux.

Its particular geographic and climatic situation make the Aubrac plateau one of Europe’s richest sites for flora, with anemone pulsatilla, Siberian ligularia and many other species – over 2,000 in all. Spa treatments and spa holidays are on offer just a few miles away, in the thermal and health resort of La Chaldette.
