Capcir Nordic Ski Area - Ski Pyrenees

The Capcir Nordic Ski Area group of resorts provide an area for Nordic skiing, approved by the French cross country skiing association, at an altitude of 1500m. With more than 70 miles of cross country ski tracks and snowshoe trails.

SKI AREA - 13 cross country ski circuites, 8 marked snowshoe trails, 1 hiking path, 1 dog sleigh run and 5 Nordic ski tracks - sledging - snow kite - 2 E.S.F. ski schools - 2 mountain refuges (with wardens) at the heart of the pistes.

Dog sleigh rides – nearby ski resorts – the ramparts of Mont-Louis - Fontrabiouse cave Skiing for the handicapped : February 10 wheelchair race: crossing Capcir, from Les Angles to La Quillane over 18 miles, 9 miles and 3 miles.
