Family cycling along the Historical Trails of Languedoc-Roussillon!

The Regional Tourist Board invites you to turn back the clocks and discover Languedoc-Roussillon via its historical cycling trails.

Come and discover, at your own pace, some exceptional sites, authentic villages and unique landscapes, constituting the wealth of our region!

Choose from among five itineraries, where these original tours around the countryside will surprise you at every turning! Cycle tracks and lanes, “Green Trails” and dirt tracks, all accessible to ATBs, await your visit.

There is something for everyone, from the shortest and easiest to the longest and most difficult. Four colours indicate the difficulty:

• Green: very easy itinerary; progress without difficulty; running basically on the flat with only slight gradients.
• Blue: easy itinerary; progress across slightly hilly ground; may have a few infrequent climbs.
• Red: average to difficult itinerary; progress across somewhat hilly ground with frequent climbs and descents. Good physical condition is recommended.
• Black: difficult itinerary; steep progress up and downhill. It goes without saying that good physical condition is required.
