
The Sud de France Brand - Languedoc Roussillon
Founded in 2006 by the Languedoc-Roussillon region with the support of professionals, the umbrella brand Sud de France aims to bring all agri-food and wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon under a single banner and thus market it at local, national and international level. Sud de France now has over 6,000 food products and wines from 1,800 producers in Languedoc-Roussillon, and numbers are constantly increasing.
In 2010, Sud de France Export organised 371 events in France and worldwide to promote regional produce and know-how and create new openings in these markets (including 320 events for the wine and food industries). These included prospecting missions, tastings, mini-exhibitions, the largest presence in international fairs, promotion campaigns, training of prescribers (press and professional), Sud de France Festivals, etc.
