No! It is possible, with 14 “Mountain hikes” on offer from walking holiday firms based in the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Nature Park.

On foot, snowshoes, on skis or on horseback, over a half a day, a weekend, or up to 4 days, the guides will help you discover genuine and unspoiled country off the beaten track.

The “bonus”: a “gourmet halt” is organised for each hike with Park-labelled local products (cheeses, potatoes, apple juice, etc.) and wines from Roussillon.
