Come to Thuir to discover the incredible story of the Violet Brothers who created the world famous wine based aperitif “Byrrh” which became renown during the 30’s.

In our cellar, you will see the world’s biggest oak vat that is 10 meters high and holds more than 1 million liters.

It remains the symbol of the ambition of the creators of this legendary house and today is part of the leading drinks company Pernod Ricard.
